Welcome to Bencomo Coliving, a home created by two local brothers in the heart of Santa Úrsula, Tenerife North — where the mountains meet the ocean. Our space is designed for remote workers, creatives, and digital nomads who want to live the island life while feeling part of a real community. We offer 5 beautiful rooms to suit every traveler: 1 shared room with comfortable single beds 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom 2 private ensuite rooms with large dressing areas — and one of them even includes a private jacuzzi With weekly yoga sessions, Sunday brunches, and local experiences, Bencomo is more than just a place to stay — it’s a space to connect, grow, and feel at home. Enjoy the good life: swim in the pool, share a barbecue under the stars, relax in the sauna, play ping pong, and watch the sunset over Teide. Come as a guest, leave as part of the family WIFI Our coworking space offers one of the best views in Tenerife — overlooking El Teide, the ocean, and the stunning Orotava Valley. You’ll find everything you need to stay productive: fast Wi-Fi, three monitors, keyboards, and mice, plus comfortable chairs and spacious desks designed for remote work. We’ve also got a cozy coffee corner and a water heater to recharge your energy, and two comfy sofas for when it’s time to take a break. LOCATION Bencomo Coliving is located in Santa Úrsula, a quiet and safe neighborhood in the north of Tenerife — perfectly connected yet peaceful. You’ll have everything you need just a short drive away: supermarkets, restaurants, and the authentic “guachinches” — traditional local homes turned into informal eateries, famous for their Canarian food and homemade wine, found only in this part of the island. ??? In just a few minutes by car, you can reach La Orotava, a charming historic town full of culture and beautiful architecture, as well as the beaches and mountain trails around Mount Teide National Park. It’s the perfect spot to experience the real Tenerife — surrounded by nature, culture, and local life. RIGHT FIT Our coliving is designed mainly for adults and remote professionals looking for a peaceful, community-oriented environment. Because we want to keep the space comfortable for everyone — especially those with allergies and those working from home — we’re unfortunately not able to host pets or children at the moment.
